Many banks are constrained by loan products and underwriting guidelines that don't necessarily fit the borrower's needs. Our experienced staff assists in packaging SBA and conventional deals and placing them with the appropriate lender. Our packages consist of financial statements, demographic research, three years of projections with assumptions and notes, along with all other informaiton required by lenders.
